Yes, we believe in transparency
-Do your products contain any parabens, sulphates,petro-chemicals, artificial fragrances?
No!
-Are your products organic?
Yes
-Do you test your products on animals?
No!
-Are your products safe for children?
Yes
-How long do your products last?
They last up to 12 months but we recommend that you use them within 6 months
-Can I purchase samples?
Yes,when they are available                        -How are your products sustained?          Use clean & set hands/spoon to scoop        -What if my skin is sensitive?
You can purchase our samples to test on a small area and take more that results vary from person to person
-Do you use preservatives in your products?
We use natural preservatives that are antifungal & antibacterial oils such as vitamin e, rosemary,lemon etc. We also use citric acid which is organic

-What is the status of my order?
For every process you will receive a confirmation email
-What if something I ordered arrived damaged?
Contact our sales department sales@norganicbooth.co.za within 5 days after receiving your order!
-What if I need to change or cancel my order?
The process is very fast and once the order is shipped we are unable to cancel it

●Fortunately you are allowed to do an exchange or return within 7 days                ●Used or opened products are not eligible for exchange/refund                             ●We offer cash refunds but we are forced to deduct 2% due to bank charges

-What items are non-refundable/exchangeable?
Clearance/final sale items
